From first pull
to coaching others

After playing lots of different sports when I was younger, I discovered climbing at the age of 30 and really took to it.

Some things came naturally to me, like dynamic movement. Some things I discovered myself, like technique and efficiency. For other things I needed guidance, like the mental side of climbing and getting out of my comfort zones.

Through identifying my strengths and weaknesses, I learned how to train safely, climb smarter, and develop my own approach to become a well-rounded climber.

Now, with over 5 years of coaching experience, teaching climbers as young as 9 to adults in their 50s, I help my students overcome stagnation in their progress and reach their climbing goals with catered training plans.
